RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We want you to love what you receive.
You have 14 days from the moment your order arrives to request a return if something isn’t quite right. We simply ask that items are returned unused, in their original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Ready to start a return?
Just reach out to us at nintusentu@hotmail.com and we’ll guide you through everything. Once your return is approved, we’ll send clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first – we won’t be able to process returns that arrive unexpectedly. If you have any questions at all, we’re just an email away at nintusentu@hotmail.com
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We pack every order with care, but sometimes things happen in transit. Please take a moment to inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us right away at nintusentu@hotmail.com We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right – your satisfaction is important to us.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products, plant medicine, oils, sprays, healing balms, hapé or hapé tools. We know this can be frustrating, so if you have questions or concerns about a specific item before or after opening it, please reach out to us. We’re here to help find a solution together.
Exchanges
Want to swap one product for another?
The quickest way to get what you’re looking for is to return your current item first. Once we’ve received and accepted your return, we’ll promptly send out the product you’d like instead. Contact us at nintusentu@hotmail.com and we’ll walk you through the process.
Refunds
Here’s how refunds work:
Once your return arrives back to us, we’ll carefully inspect it and send you an email letting you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take a little additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account – this timing is outside our control, but your money is on its way back to you.

What packaging do you use?
We use entirely recycled and eco-friendly packaging because caring for Pachamama (Mother Earth) is essential to who we are. We’re continuously learning and seeking better ways to honour and protect our environment.
How long do your products last?
Your products will stay fresh and potent for 12 months after opening – plenty of time to experience their full benefits and beauty.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do! Whether you’re a small boutique or a larger retailer, we’d genuinely love to hear from you. Email or call us – we’re real people who truly want to connect and build meaningful partnerships.
Will you be creating more products?
Yes, and your voice matters deeply in that journey! We listen closely to our customers’ needs, hopes, and dreams. If you have a suggestion or something you’d love to see, please reach out – you’re not just a customer, you’re part of our growing story.
We’re here for you. Whether you have a question, need help with an order, or simply want to share your experience with our products, please don’t hesitate to reach us at nintusentu@hotmail.com. Supporting our small family business means absolutely everything to us, and we’re deeply grateful you’ve found your way here.
QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE
We know choosing new products can bring up questions. Here are answers to some things our beloved customers often wonder about:
Are you an Indigenous business?
Yes, with all our hearts. Nintu Sentu is co-owned by Alan Intipacha who is 100% Quechua from the Andes, and operated by our family, and everything we create honours his heritage, culture, and the wisdom passed down through generations.
Where are you based?
We’re in the United Kingdom. This country holds us with open arms, and we’re deeply grateful to create and share from this place while staying connected to the Peruvian roots.
Do you have permission to use these Indigenous words and ingredients?
We’ve walked every step alongside Shipibo and Andean Q’ero Elders, sharing our vision and receiving their wisdom and blessing. Alan Intipacha, is from the Andes in Peru, and our son carries this beautiful heritage – these words, stories, and medicines belong to our family. As we grow, we continue honouring ancestral language and traditional knowledge with reverence and love.
How do you give back to Indigenous communities?
Giving back is giving forward – it’s at the heart of who we are. We’re passionate about strengthening Indigenous language, culture, and education. We work directly with Shipibo and Andean families in Peru through honest, transparent fair trade relationships. Many of these families face challenging conditions, and by building strong connections with them, we support their development, dignity, and economic growth. Every purchase you make helps sustain these communities.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, absolutely! We’d be truly honoured to share our products with you, wherever you are in the world. Just reach out to us and we’ll lovingly take care of all the details.
I’m interested in wholesale or stocking your products.
We’d love to connect! Building relationships with retailers and distributors who share our values means the world to us. Please contact us at nintusentu@hotmail.com – let’s explore how we can work together to bring these sacred products to more people.
